Need photoshop expert for easy work on military embroidery badge good quality needed

Attached is the photo which will need editing.
This is what I need from you:
1) Erase "Base Aérienne" and write "Semper Fidelis" - with the similar font as on the badge.
2) erase the background fabric around the badge - simply put a white background.
3) at the bottom, where it says "14", please draw a white cross. Please do not make a Swiss flag. just a white cross with black background.
4) on the smaller badge which the eagle is holding, please erase "Bat car" and write "Isone".
5) erase the design in the smaller badge which is held by the eagle. make the smaller badge with a black background, and then add in the attached five flame grenade (in gold/yellow) color. Rotate the grenade slightly so that it lines up as the smaller badge is tilted.
And that's it.
