I need a PowerPoint presentation specialist for modifying and updating a presentation for our trade show booth

We have currently “boring” 4x3 landscape presentation for a speaker.
The current presentation as PDF you can find attached.
I want the presentation to be redesigned / converted into a stunning self-running presentation (which we will show on the TV as MP4 from USB stick) using additional short video clips (in a part of the full screen), transitions, animations etc.
We will use 55” 16x9 LCDs in portrait format (upright), similar to the attached picture.
The presentation should be around 90-120 seconds and will be repeated endless at the show.
The second presentation will use the same template but it needs to be modified for a different target market (Commercial trucks and recreational vehicles instead of train, metro and tram of the first presentation…) no major changes… I will prepare some text and pictures accordingly.
What I expect:
I will provide you the current presentation as PPTX as well as some short video clips (or a video and I indicate which section to use resp. trim).
You will provide the full PPTX in PowerPoint 2016 format as well as an MP4 in HD1080 vertical format (basically you need to tilt your head 90degrees to the right to watch it properly on your screen so it will work properly later on the upright LCD screen).
Exchange will be via shared Dropbox folder.
I have several of these presentations on a regular basis which you can do later if I am satisfied with your work. The next one will be for a show for aluminum and composites coming up on 3 weeks, so already plan for it!
Please bid a lumpsum price for the initial template (presentation & video) based on the train, metro & tram presentation. Since the project is not too complicated and time consuming (if you are experienced) I would expect less then $100 for it.
We will discuss afterwards per additional project based on the amount of work required for the changes.
Please provide some references & samples of similar projects done before.
Time frame is essential since the show already starts Tuesday, 18.09.2018. If you have already plans for the weekend then do not bid!
