Need quality designer for ring jewelry creation

The project is as follows: I need to create a ring with a custom made design. 1) I am attaching images "RING SHAPE TOP" and "RING SHAPE SIDES" so that you have an idea of what the shape will be like. This is for illustration purposes only. The design will be different, but the concept is the same (same shape of ring, same colors, same material) 2) I am attaching image "TOP QUADRANT WITH GRENADE". This is the primary design which I would like on the top of the ring (i.e. instead of having an eagle and US army written on the top of the grenade, you need to place place that design to cover the entire top of the grenade. I am also attaching images "TOP QUADRANT OUTLINE" and "GRENADE LOGO OUTLINE", in case it is easier for you to work with this. 3) On the "TOP QUADRANT OUTLINE" or "TOP QUADRANT WITH GRENADE", you will see that there are leaves or scales which create a circle around the grenade. I would need you to carefully remove some of these leaves at the top and write "SEMPER FIDELIS". The writing will need to be rounded and at the top of the circle (above the grenade). 4) For the sides, it's easy. I am attaching image "SIDE 1". Simply put the arrows on the side of the ring, and under the arrows, put a cross like image "CROSS BOTTOM OF SIDE". 5) The other side will be the same but with image "SIDE 2". The ring will be in stainless steal. Black and gold color engravings. I am not sure which format this will need to be in. I do not know if it will absolutely need to be in 3D or if multiple 2D pictures is sufficient. Please let me know what you think. Price is as indicated. Only fixed price (no hourly price).
