Job 1: I need a logo designed for a turn of the century mixed use apartment building that we are in the process of renovating. We were thinking about naming it the "J.W. On Monroe." One of the buildings first tenants was a meat cutter called J.W. McGuire. For this logo we are looking for something cool to represent the history. I have attached a couple of photos of the property. Job 2: I need a logo that will be symbolic of my personal brand. I am a real estate developer who has been developing a thought leadership program around real estate investing and personal development. My brand is centered around utilizing negative pissed off dark energy and use it as rocket fuel to motivate you towards your goals. My personal coaching style is giving people a gentle kick to the genitals. I have endured much death and many misfortunes which I have turned into positive. So that being said, I want something that is maybe a symbol of sorts. My handwriting sucks so I can't use my signature in it, that's why I was thinking symbol.
