I need a new website. I need you to design and build my online store. I have developed a free online tool that helps home owners turn their home renovation projects into reality by leading them through the key decisions needed before speaking to a builder. It does this through carefully designed questionnaires that gather the initial information a builder needs to formulate their quote. These are in webform format, using a third party online form builder (Formstack). There are three questionnaires on offer: Bathroom, Kitchen and Landscape. At the end of the questionnaires, the tool provides an estimated cost for the project. The user then has the option to request: 1. A cost breakdown report (PDF, Free) 2. A Builder's Brief (PDF, $9.95) 3. Quotes from up to 3 local builders I need two separate websites: 1. The first, a simple landing page for home owners, directing them to the webforms. (Webforms can be hosted by Formstack or embedded via HTML). 2. The second, an online store selling the leads to builders. The online store will sell leads to builders both individually and via a monthly subscription. Each lead will contain name and contact details of the home owner, plus tabulated details of their renovation plans, budget figures etc and a PDF builder's brief to view. The online store needs to have two parts: 1. A public landing page, where visitors can - view and filter available leads (with contact details hidden) - purchase leads individually, and - purchase subscriptions 2. A members section, where users can - manage their preferences, - View, filter and select leads to purchase (from a monthly quota), and - View previously purchased leads. My timeframe is four weeks

Everything you have mentioned in your project description reads as features that I wont have any trouble creating. The website that embeds Formstack forms isn't a problem nor is the online store that sells the leads as a one-off purchase as well as the membership/subscription functionality. I do have a few questions however Freelancer gives me a short character limit so you'll have to send me a message so I can ask the others: a) what sort of payment functionality were you after? PayPal? b) do you have any examples of websites that you like the look of? c) are you open to instead of building 2 separate websites we build it all on the 1 site, but obviously it will have its own separate sections.
