Oversee the art for a new Board game

Greetings friends, I'm Jerome and I'm creating a new board game. Here's a little breakdown :
- You would be in charge of as much of the art as you can handle (cards, boards, rule book, box cover, etc.)
- The bulk of the work would be the art for about 400 cards.
- I am no art expert and will just like what I like I guess...so the good news for you is there aren't much limits on the art and I'm quite open minded. You can make the art in anywhere from the style of Smash up/King of Tokyo to Magic the Gathering/Scythe.
- Please, by god, read the whole ad and don't just post an amount, do things like googling those games so we don't have the first question be something some bullet points or your diligence would cover lol.
- I do not really have much pictures yet, I just steal art online for my beta testing eheh. That being said, I can either give you detailed descriptions of something it could look like or with the name of the card, you have the freedom to go with what inspires you (I might still get some feedback).
- Though being a gamer (of boardgames or videogames) isn't mandatory, I guess it'd be fun if you had at least a moderate interest so you have even more passion for this project. In any case, I trust you'll have passion for your art ;)
- Building on the previous point, since I'm the only designer (though there are credits to be given and a lot of testing for sure)and provided you're into it, you'll be the only artist, it could be worth talking about having part/entirety of the amount be in percentage of sales. After all, great art makes for an overall better game and if the rest of the game is excellent too, (you can judge for yourself if you know games a little) then a popular game with you as the Lead artist on it would be sure to boost your CV so why not be all the more invested since you have a vested interest anyway.
- If you got that far without your nose bleeding that might be a given, but please have a good to above level of english or french as we will be communicating back and forth throughout this process.
