I am a fractional COO / Online Business Manager and I have some upcoming rebranding projects requiring support with branding and design (specifically using Squarespace and ClickFunnels). I do a lot of different types for work and am looking for someone who can help develop visions, strategize, and execute. I need someone with A QUICK TURNAROUND TIME and who is reliable and creative. Some background - I recently launched my business and it’s scaling quick. I need support to help execute on my goals (and my client's goals). I am looking for someone who has many talents/traits and the desire to learn new skills. I am NOT looking for someone to do basic administration. While that may be part of the job, I need someone who can help bring my visions to life and support implementation. I need a partner in crime that I can depend on and that can grow in the business. I need someone that can take my rough ideas and translate them into something that looks great (matches branding, easy to follow, strong visuals, etc). I am finding that I am spending lots of time strategizing, and I need support turning those ideas into a plan that is visually appealing to provide my clients with something that is succinct and concise. I also need someone who can turn around work relatively quickly. I have worked with VA's in the past where the turnaround is a minimum of 3 days. I always try to give as much notice as possible but my clients (and I) tend to be very fast-paced so I would like to work WITH someone that can keep up. I won't be super demanding - but I do want someone who is reliable and efficient. The work that I do is vast so I need someone who has exposure to various types of work (or has a strong aptitude to learn). What I am doing right now includes the following (but I expect to grow out quickly) - web design, marketing, proposals, hiring / recruiting, strategizing, technology implementation and improvement, developing lead magnets, contractor management, customer service, SMM, developing calendars, etc. I am looking forward to seeing what you can bring to the team!
