Photoshop background on my portrait

Instead of making a photo for job application I decided to find one photo where it can go as business related photo and managed to find one but only issue is the background.
I am looking someone who can adapt the background so that photo at the end would fit as job application photo.
Also please do crop the picture to the proper size for application photo! I assume there are some standard dimensions to be followed. Ufortunately, I don´t have picture of better quality.
