Create a simple application that allows the user to create a questionnaire by dragging and dropping Question Groups. Each Question Group must consist of 2 or more questions. Please have a minimum of 5 question groups. Your Question Groups can be named anything you want, and you can ask any questions you want.

 HTML 5

 CSS ver 3 ( Bootstrap)

 Javascript or JQuery (preferably JQuery) employing AJAX principles

 PHP (version 5.4 or above)

You must demonstrate the ability to dynamically update the DOM using javascript or jquery. Demonstrate event delegation: [login to view URL]

 Demonstrate AJAX principles by updating the webpage dynamically without page reload.

 Demonstrate a simple Drag and Drop interface.

 The application must allow the user to re-order question groups in any order they want.

 The user must be able to add or remove questions from the question group.

 The user must be able to re-order questions within a question group, but must not be able to move a question to another question group.

 The user must be able to save their questionnaire. This should output a text file of the questionnaire.
