Portfolio In PDF & Email SMS Phase 2

There are four pages which needs to be designed / built Admin for email SMS (Over the Phase 1 already built) Admin for Portfolio in PDF Front end page of PDF Front end Page of Email SMS (Over the Phase 1 already built) If you read the word file in project details of SMS for Phase 1 and mount the below attached PHP files, you will be able to understand it better. PHP file for Phase 1 is added in the attachment below as "emailsms" Phase 1 codes are not properly written, i need them to be redone as well. We have following milestone expectations: 1. Phase 1 refactored code - 3 days from project award date - 4000 2. Phase 2 delivery - 6 days from project award date - 5000 3. PDF Delivery - 9 days from project award date - 7000 4. Testing for 30 days from final delivery - and then release 20% remaining amount. - 4000 Terms of project 1. I will be the code owner - Means delivery will be complete only by the source code delivery as well along with proper installation on the FTP / hosting server. 2. Supported / Latest version of PHP to be used in order to make it faster and more responsive. 3. Original source code has to be given. 4. All given dates of milestones are final, maximum of 2 days grace will be allowed for all mile stones. 5. Testing may be done at test server of developer by us, but the delivery will be considered only when it is put up on our server. Thanks.
