Presentation needed

If you’re interested, below is he criteria provided by the potential client. I have ton of assets and existing marketing collateral you can pull from. My ask is for you to arrange the information and enhance the existing presentation. We are a manufacturing company and unfortunately we don’t put much $$ towards brand. Could you provide a quote and ETA of when you can have it completed by. I have plenty of marketing assets to choose from. Presentation: The presentation is intended for potential client to gain a further understanding of your capabilities and what a partnership with your company would look like. The presentation should allow for interactive discussion with time for additional Q&A at the end. Potential client has allotted 60 minutes for your presentation (including set up and Q/A), and it should cover the following agenda topics: 1. Introduction and Company Overview (~5 minutes) a. General information about your company, including brief history, future steps, key competencies, recent/imminent changes, leadership structure, number of employees, historical revenue, and all relevant locations (headquarters, domestic / international manufacturing facilities, distribution facilities, etc.) b. Relevant certifications (diversity, ISO, etc.) c. Experience serving customers with similar needs to telecomm d. Leadership overview e. Historical key clients with examples 2. Capabilities (~25 minutes) a. Manufacturing Overview • Total square feet of facility with relevant dedications (manufacturing, shipping/receiving, warehousing, etc.) • Types of equipment used • Multiple material manufacturing capabilities (wood, metal, glass, acrylic, solid surface, etc.) • UL rating • Fast prototyping b. Distribution Overview • Number of loading docks • Freight carriers used • Vehicle details (type, length, does it include a liftgate, etc.) • How linehaul rates for fixtures are determined c. Engineering/Design Capabilities • Software(s) used • Shop Drawing examples • Rendering capabilities if any • Any other services offered d. Installation Abilities • Level of experience for installers (general laborers, finished carpenters, etc.) • Number of installers (by level of experience) and hours required per project • How installation crew will handle unloading • How travel expenses will be covered • Is the installation team internal or outsourced laborers • Any relevant stipulations (e.g. no holiday or weekend installations) e. Reporting Functionality • Inventory systems used • Reporting for orders, invoices and shipping 3. Implementation & Change Management (~10 Min) • Estimated timeline/roadmap for having potential client’s program fully “up and running” • How can you help potential client with internal change management? • Examples/experience implementing similar programs 1. Critical success factors 2. How are you able to prevent disruption? 3. Challenges faced and how/if you have been able to overcome them 4. Pricing Proposal (~10 Min) • Brief overview of proposal and pricing structure • Describe inclusiveness of pricing packages and how you can ensure that potential client is not hit with hidden costs 5. Discussion, Question and Answer Period (~ 10 Min) Please note that while much of this presentation content may have been included in your RFP proposal, this is a great opportunity to have an open discussion and explain your capabilities and key differentiators.
