Hello,
I’m looking for a developer to help me set up a staging subdomain, add a search toggle button to my top header and adjust four style elements in my wordpress theme (i.e. paragraph line heights, comment box margins, etc.). Attached is a detailed brief. Please read it before responding.
This is just one small project. There will be more in the future. So I’m looking for someone that I can work with on a long term basis who can not only handle the aforementioned tasks but also has the following skills:
--wordpress, CSS, JavaScript and php expert
--has optimized the speed of a website, addressing items like…
-----adding expires headers
-----reducing HTTP requests by combining files and creating CSS image sprites
-----making JavaScript and CSS external files to utilize browser caching
-----compressing resources with gzip or deflate
--is able to clean up a site’s code so that it’s closer to w3c compliance
--is well-versed in wordpress and available plugins to the point that he/she can add new features to a theme, like the ability for users to save a post to their account
--has years of experience with woo commerce
--is familiar with visual page builder, or tools like it

--provides regular updates on his/her progress
--creates accurate time estimates

--knows how to troubleshoot issues
