I absolutely love Fixer Upper (HGTV) and that’s where my inspiration for this style comes from. Logo: A logo that can also be transparent that will still show up well if placed at the bottom on a home listing photo on social media (so possibly a dark and a light version to contrast against diverse photos). I would like it saved in two versions, one with and without the web address. Thinking an old key with a heart at the end could be tied into the web address & logo. Real estate property listing sign, and listing flyer template: A large real estate sign with my photo covering 1/3 of it, with my contact info, and my cell (first name, phone, and website should be prominent) I want it vintage/rustic, so it looks like the sign is actually old painted barn wood or shiplap (something along those lines) as long as you can still easily see my name/contact info driving by. I would like the flyer to tie into the branding theme while still looking professional for upscale buyers/sellers.
