1) Completely revamp existing Wordpress based website with about 30 pages
2) Give it a modern, visually impressive look at the same time being lightweight & fast.
3) Good user experience (UI/UX optimizations), clear cut navigation to lower bounce rates.
4) Should be fully responsive, mobile friendly
5) Suggest modern wordpress themes from themeforest etc. (I'll pick one, purchase & provide you). No need of custom theme.
6) The freelancer will be responsible for selecting & adding relevant high quality sliders, images, videos, animations & artwork as needed (can use stock images/videos, I'll purchase & provide upto certain budget limit). Also freelance is free to create custom graphics/artwork as necessary for the website. Usage of existing images & content on the current website is also allowed.
7) The new design should be fully search engine friendly (based on Yoast SEO plugin or any other approved plugin)
8) Must retain all of the existing content including forms.
9) Must change over all the existing forms to caldera forms
10) Install, configure the existing plugins (which I think are crucial).
