Rust Gambling Site

I am looking for someone to create and design a skin gambling site for the game Rust. This site will include a jackpot and coinflip system where users can bet their skins against one another. These skins will be deposited through steam by trading their items to one of our steam bots. The price for each skin will be generated by Steam API and their community market prices. I also would like it to be fully designed with a "night sky" backround with stars. I also want to be able to see a design and make a few changes until it is at my liking. I would also like tabs for the following: Leaderboards, FAQ, TOS, Support, and Provably Fair. Also I would like to be able to press on users names and have a popup that shows their amount deposited, amount won, and their steam profile link. The site must also have a chat for all to use.
