Set of Pixel Perfect Design Flats For Set of Landing Pages

We are developing a sales lead generation microsite with a series of B2B landing pages for a professional services firm. We need one mobile responsive page designed that will be cloned with different content. The site will be Wordpress based, developed around Foundation. We need a set of pixel-perfect design flats for the different responsive break-points from mobile to 4K monitors at 0, 640, 1024, 1200, 1920, 2560 screen resolutions. We have draft copy prepared as well as a brand standards document to guide the conversation.
We're looking for someone collaborative who will work with our strategist and programmer on design as well as constructability.
