T-shirt designer needed

I am looking for a graphic designer who can do both typography and illustration designs for 10 t-shirts. I will be looking to build a long term relationship and will have work regularly for this person. I will pay $3-5 per design. All designs made must never be a copy of someone else work and never use images or text that isn't allowed for commercial use. We will start with 1 design and take it from there Your task will be pretty basic, I will send you ideas of t-shirts I want to make and you make them yourself in your own unique style. For example, I might send you a link of an already existing t-shirt and I would need you to be inspired by it and create a better version that is in your own creative style. Please note: This is a work for hire position therefore any rights to the creative works are transferred over to me, and you will not receive credit or extra compensation/royalties other than the agreed upon hourly wage or fixed rate.
