3+ Team Video Make/Graphic Design/Product Manage ASAP

I, and my tutors for my company, will be making video recorded tutoring sessions eventually. As of now I am needing someone who can make them for now. You will be editing them for imperfections like noise, or umm, etc. when I or others make them in addition to your own produced. You will also make brief ones to use for marketing. You will set up the "teaching videos" on urls I will give, and any similar you know, that will charge for people to watch. The short ones go on places like youtube to market the paid ones. You will help make graphic designs for apparel, placing them on sites that sell/fulfill. Help build links, throw sales pitches when inquiries about the products are received, and many other facet of marketing, running business, internet marketing, sales and graphic design. You will also be writing blogs, articles and other related posting them on all social medias, and a list of urls I have that are for writers specifically. You will need to make it possible to post on all blogs and social media at once by putting in a function or integrating an opensource that can do it for us. I am looking for a TEAM of 3+ people who can all work on the budget named (not each). All marketing is to be done in "double dipping" like selling shirts that produce sales and market, and using open sources. You will also help with development of functions with another person that is specifically a developer. I attached a list of documents that have all the urls where my products, graphic designs, videos etc are to be posted and priced to be sold. The requirements of videos, examples of apparel with designs, are also included in the documents. I will need a person to increase the quality of my logo as it is already designed but is blurry when made big enough for a business card. You will also need to connect sites like ebay to a site that fulfills orders and processes payments to avoid us doing any leg work. You and my team will focus on teaching and marketing/producing. ***Teams only. Must be able to work with CURRENT BUDGET. Do not propose if you are going to require pay per person or any other higher pay than in budget named. ***Name everything you can assist with that has to do with marketing, and managing my business. The best person will be able to work in a team with basic understanding of coding/web development with my developer. If you have enough knowledge to be his assistant while my assistant, then you may be perfect.
