Hi,
I am looking for someone who is an expert in installing osTicket with below settings.
The brief requirement is as below:
We are in the services industry and we have 20-30 customers who are working with us. These customers raise or allocate a task to us and we will finish the task as per the customer requirement. Please find below points as well...
1. Customer can create a ticket by sending email
2. Allocating the task to internal resources ( this should record in the system)
3. While the staff is responding to the ticket that will respond through email and system should record each and every conversation that is happening for that particular ticket.
4. Other tickets filtering, status change, etc should be working perfectly
5. All other osTicket features should work fine
6. Our emails are zoho, yahoo, and gmail emails and system should accept that.
7. Mail management suggestions will be accepted
I will only consider the freelancer with proper understanding about osTicket where I should not teach from scratch.
Right now I need configuration, logo change, customized to my website style. Other customizations I will define later and pay extra.
