Turn my graph paper design into a better design for my builder

I have a pretty solid idea about the addition we need for our office, but the project's scope has gone beyond just adding a large two story metal building to our existing office. I would like it to actually look good and function well, so I need someone who can work with me to create drawings for our builder. It will still be a two story metal shell in theory, but it needs to be better.
