I am looking to revamp the website [login to view URL] I would like it to look more like [login to view URL] We need to keep all the URL’s the same for the SEO. That is: • Landing page to have better header, slider picture, 2 columns of data including live feed from blog, and on right hand column, to be links to subpages • Our about page would become more like their community page, except we would then build new subpages in it to link to our staff profiles • Our services page would become ‘Expertise’ • There would be no ‘people’ page • Our blog page would become ‘Publications’ and you would have the ‘latest publications’ part ([login to view URL]). On the right hand side of their page, this would become our • Create a new ‘careers’ page. In that create only the following subpages o Title “Get to know us” [login to view URL] o Title “What employees love” [login to view URL] o Title “Unique you” [login to view URL] o Title “Your career” [login to view URL] o Title “Entry level and graduate positions” [login to view URL] • Our contact page will still use google, but put a slider in [login to view URL] • I want to get a footer into each page • For our blogs I want them to have a better publication tool. I struggle with the existing one. I would like blogs to look like a magazine - so if you can tell me a great app in wordpress to use to make blogs look like magazines, with pages that flip over, I am happy to pay extra for the cost of an app to get a good app.

I'm confident I can build you a website that is just as good, if not better than McCullough Robertson's website. Quickly about me: I've been building websites for 10 years, been a member of Freelancer for 8 years & have also appeared on national TV with the CEO of Freelancer. If you want to work with the absolute best, that's me. Now to be frank, what you're after is going to cost a tiny bit more than what you initially listed as your budget simply due to it requiring time to complete it to perfection. I guarantee you mate that dealing with foreign providers who can barely speak English is extremely frustrating and it will reflect on the finished product. It will be the little things that don't get done properly such as the URL's. We don't want dead links and if pages are removed, I bet the others wouldn't even bother to 301 them which would eventually hurt your rankings. The way I'm different is that I think outside of the box & I'm not afraid to throw in my own ideas or make suggestions. For instance, I would avoid at all costs your "flip magazine" idea. From a usability stand point it will hurt your bounce rate and drive people away, especially on mobiles. Plus from an SEO point of view it's a nightmare as most plugins turn the text into images.
