Project Description hi, I am a retouch studio looking for someone who can make a client interface for projects management structured as follows. step 1 -client receives a form like this one: [login to view URL] with a pdf I created previously with a quotation. -client fills in the form and updates pdf or jpg files with all retouch to be done to the system step 2 all data from the form is inserted automatically into an agreement the client has to sign online. step 3 once the client signs contract, contract gets sent to me for review and signature and once signed by me is sent back to the client, together with a recap, quotation and pdf with retouch edits. step 4 the document will be also emailed to me and deadlines dates will generate a file for my google calendar ~~this is NOT supposed to be a form that my clients will have to fill in just to propose a job to me or to get a generic quote. ~~it is supposed to be a PRIVATE form I customise every time for a client who already called me on the phone or sent me emails about the project and I have already decided I'll work on his project. ~~in google forms you can send a customised version of the form to someone with some fields already filled in. for example, if the client told me on the phone how many images and the budget and the job reference name and the deadline I can already send a form with some pre-filled in data and he just needs to check that everything is in order and correct and provide his data so that I can manually create a quote and then an invoice. also, it is very important to streamline the process to have every single client signing a retouching agreement to regulate how we collaborate.
