My needs for this project are very specific but it is not a huge task. I need to create a two-color vector that is a graphic version of the attached illustration (PNG file). Also attached is an example of what I need done, only I need it done with better detail and smoother lines. What I did was zoom in on the PNG image and traced it the specific parts I need onto paper with marker, then took a photo, then converted it to the vector PDF that is attached. Whatever your method, I need a similar result, only more true to the original illustration and with smooth lines & shapes. I also need to be able to grab each curve as its own piece, for example the top left part of the circle needs to be its own piece. I also need the petals on the flower to look like they do in the PDF - so that you do not see the lines of the hand behind it. The right eyebrow can be a single line / piece

As i can see there is pink drawing in which there is some flower like structure in a hand of girl. And you want it to be in vector from with smooth lines.
