Web and Mobile UI/UX Designer - Long term position

Details We are seeking a young, creative, modern and passionate web and mobile UI/UX designer to work alongside me and my team. About us We are a small group of friends based globally who have decided to embark on building a boutique tech and digital marketing, mobile and web application consultancy. Based purely online we are after individual freelancers who are able to work efficiently and remotely. Our clientele are based in Australia, Canada, UK and the USA. I am looking for someone with a strong background in graphic design/ UI/ UX design. This role is purely for a design driven professional. You do not need to be a front end developer. What you need is a history and experience in: - Web design - Mobile UI design - GUI The ideal person for me. Someone young, fun and who loves thinking creatively. We want someone who can grow with us, long term. Also, someone who really appreciates beautiful design. I am looking for preferably someone based in India or Nepal. However, I am also open to other workers from other places. The current rates we will pay our designer are as follows UI (Information Architecture) and Graphics. We try to keep this open as negotiable. So we can cost projects out. Work consistency will vary. Some months we may have a great deal of work - 20 - 30 pages, others only 5 - 10. You must also be open to a full time monthly salary in some time and when business permits. We really need someone to join our team who is reliable and a good communicator, with good english skills (verbal) and who believes that they can work positively with a cool team of happy and passionate entrepreneurs. A fast turn around time is important. Ideally I want someone with a graphic design background, or someone who has a key interest in UI/UX design while studying. You should appreciates beautiful, clean and modern web experiences. We have many websites need building nearly 20+ websites.. If you can not provide high end design examples of your work (web and mobile application), please do not waste our time. Note* Designers from agencies will not be considered
