Webpage Image Creation - Must Look Professional and Show Past Work

I'm looking to have about 15 website images created by a graphic artist. They will include creating a "mascot" that will be used throughout our exiting website. You must be creative and able to create these images that will match the website. This will include the following:
Main Website (1x image) - Dog in glasses with/reading books (will provide images of a specific dog to replicate). It must not be too busy and should match the colors of the website.
Buying Page (3x images)- Image that shows getting a price quote, placing order, receive books (images should reflect BUYING THEME)
Renting Page (3x images)- Image that shows getting a price quote, placing order, receiving the item, borrowing books (images should reflect RENTING THEME)
Selling Page (3x images)- Image that shows getting a price quote, shipping the item, and getting paid (images should reflect SELLING THEME)
News articles (4x images) - small icon next to basic articles
TBD image - 1x
