Webpage need some Update Section and Hover Effect

I need a few adjustments to an existing website. I would need to have a hover overlay on the player Section for all the players there. The following text should be see at hovering (Name / Number / Position) like in the picture example what i mean without these green Border box you se on the example picture. In addition to that i would need to have another Section above the contact form Section. Here i would have a slider with the logos of our partners/sponsors as in example picture is seeing. There i need a header title : „Sponsoring“ like the other sections have it and a small text below with the following text: „ Interested in a sponsoring - contact us: mail adress“ Of course these section would need to be linked to the navigation bar menu and be responsive like the rest of the website. And colors should be used in de corporate Design like it is given in the excisting code files. Possibly somone had another tip, in the header section these 4 sliders, witch format of picture (for ex. PNG, JPG...) do you recommend it for a good look in small mobile and desktop devices? To say here is the page is not on a ftp actually but the slider pictures look not well in responsive view of google chrome developer view. That would be all i need actually =) who can help me ? I look forward to work together with someone and happy to get on so i would then send after given the order the zip files of the project.
