Website update.re-build (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BIDDING!)

Dear Freelancers We have grown our business to the point where we need a new look about our website. Once you have bid and we agree on things, you will be sent a link to our site. I am not sure if we need a full new site or a site re-build. This we will leave up to you. As long as you stick to our rules, we are happy. We need our business to start ranking on Google, very fast! This will include you helping us (for an hourly fee) with Ads and SEO. The site must be SEO ready from the second it is published, with KEY WORDS added and ranked. We are a leaflet distribution company/Direct marketing company based in London but we do work outside of London. We would like you to help us to target our site to these areas, also. We simply need a site that is easy to use, easy to find and looks great for our clients. It is an information only site (however, we would like a payment button for the option to pay online. We would also like a link to our tracking services so the customer can log in and see where our staff are, distribution their leaflets. Rules of business. 1) There will be zero funds released from our accounts department until the site is delivered and ready (we have had issues with previous Freelancers and we wont risk our money again. This is non negotiable and if you don't want to work with us on trust then please don't bid). 2) Your bid is the budget! Do not attempt to bid low and then raise the bid in negotiations. Please take the time to understand the project and bid sensibly within our price range. 3) The business is very small (in staff) but very busy and my time is taken up with customers and bringing in new business. I cannot possibly answer loads and loads of questions. I hate to sound rude but I need someone who will work to the brief on their own and develop a great site for us! 4) You will be asked to produce a demonstration of your site ideas before we start or before the project is awarded. That all said, we look forward to finding someone that we can work with on many projects and developing our site further, over the years!
