Wix or weebly with IP filter,membership and Dropbox widget.

Need a weebly or wix designer for a simple site with following ctq. 1) A front page with background pic , basic org description and contact form, a login option for member pages. 2) member page should be accessible either through registered login account or based on IP allow/register- this is important for me. 3) Dropbox read only widget is needed on member page to search/show folder data that I will provide from my Dropbox account. 4) clean simplistic design needed, I will update the rest of pages as needed, will share logo.
