I need to source a new web developer to help me create simple Wordpress website for small property developers. There are a few requirements before I choose a new developer. 1) Each site is based on a simple format....you can see samples here: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] 2) I will provide a basic L/O along with the content....images, stage plan, copy. 3) I don't want a website developer who can only work with website templates. In the past, I have found that many developers cannot create a website without using templates and the results have been below par. A typical example was the load times between pages....abysmal. So if you can;'t create a website without using templates, please don't apply. You need to be able to design a website. 4) You need to be able to create responsive websites that work across all platforms & be able to setup Google Analytics. I have attached a jpeg of a recent website. I need to have this stage (a static jpeg) of the design for the client to approve.
