Wordpress website with Club listing and Events

I need to create Club listing website that will be like a directory listing, where owners of the club (or managers) will be able to add their photos, videos and events with all other informations, after they've paid for the type of package. Design: [login to view URL] Club Functions: - Each club can have one or more users (owner, manager). In order to create a listing they will need to buy a publishing package (based on various limits or duration) - The club owner can add, edit, manage their listing/club's photos, information, videos etc - The club owner can create events by uploading a pictures, google maps location, dates, description, prices (eventually) and other information regarding booking (no payment taken from website) - Users need to register if they want to receive updates from clubs about different events based on their preferences (by club, by location, by type of event or artist) - Owner to be able to control and reply comments on their listing/page/event posts Other functions: - Comments can be written by the public via their Facebook/Google/Linkedin accounts or they can create their own account on the website if they want to receive alerts of new events. - Newsletter to be sent to users based on their preferences - Users to be able to save the club as a favourite and be able to review/vote the club - Search engine by event/club/music type/location etc Other sections: - News/Articles - Blog - Best clubs, New clubs, Top 5/10 etc etc modules Monetisation: - Google ads slots - Manual ads I'm aware there are various plugins that can be used with this, with pros and cons so please come up with a plan on how are you going to make this work to be integrated 100%, fully responsive and optimised for mobile. Poor quality is NOT accepted and I will know when this is the case so please only if you're experienced and can also support in the future and not disappear after one month.
