I would like to hire a Graphic Designer

Hello everybody. I am looking for multiple Graphic Designers / Creative Artists / Illustrator experts. This small business is searching for - Loyal, reliable, Honest, caring, driven, positive, artistic, can do, think outside the box, hard working and goal driven. # People to work from home, boat, train, park or basically anywhere. Available for long or short term role. Weekly work required - how much is determined by yourself. People who are motivated and set their own hours and able to work without too much hand holding. # Part time people at the start but could with growth turn into full time. Will be evaluated. # People who are great at communication - written and verbal. English a must! # Designers to offer us a package deal - the more we buy the cheaper the bundle. Benefiting both Parties is our goal. bonus's are offered as incentives for top quality marketable desirable designs. JOB REQUIREMENTS ----- # I am looking for you to produce original (NO COPYRIGHT OR TRADEMARKED) quality and unique designs for a variety of projects including but not limited too T Shirts, Sweatshirts PLUS lots more. # You will need to create a variety of vectors/artwork . Some will be done by creative ideas/designs provided by me (I am not an artist!! But have multiple ideas) in which you can come vamp up and create amazing work. You will also have the opportunity to create your own designs in a variety of Niches and anything that meets my approval I will purchase. # Work needs to be provided in - 300 dpi resolutions SRGB only Vector Artwork Graphics? Design needs to be less than 25 mb 4500 x 5400 size only saved as a PNG file / Vectors or saved as editable jpeg with the ability to save as PNG (preference for PNG tho). # You will be able to work from home or anywhere around the world as correspondence will be through email, drop box and google docs. With phone calls only when required. # The ability to change designs as required to ensure we come up with the best quality. # A modern reliable laptop/desktop . Internet. Mobile phone. Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop. Windows Excel. # Sign a contract of confidentiality, privacy, loyalty, designs to be only made for this company not to be sold to others as well. Agreement to not use copyrighted items original only.
