I need someone who understands responsive design WELL. I have the desktop HTML which is a bit complicated with lots of animation and THAT is what you have to work with. My budget is really low but that does not mean that I am looking for a newbie.I AM NOT LOOKING FOR A "COMPANY" OR AN EXPERT IN "PHP", "MAGENTO", "SEO" OR A "BOOK WRITER" I am looking for someone with FULL knowledge of Responsive Web Design. RWD Hello there, 2 years ago i had 2 projects to make responsive 2 websites writen in 2005. Both websites are still online so i can give you some links. I mostly worked with css using media breakpoints go reach the desire level of responsive design. I didnt use any bootstrap or other libery. Only pure coding. Im open for a long term colaboration.
