I have a wireframe with features list. you have to design a html5 website with this. this shall be responsive UI as same shall be used for mobile app development(very important)

approx 10-15 pages total. Lot of grids and proper beautiful design. part of the project shall require you to submit design of app to show to the client. you should have a good designer as well as html5/jquery developer with you.

knowledge of phonegap is an advantage as we need to have this available in all three platforms as well as web. You shall quote ONLY for web part now.
