Score card system to be used on tablets

We need to create an online scoring system to be used at sporting events. The system is to be used on tablets and so screen images, fonts, css etc. must be designed for ease of use on tablets (iPad/Android). The system will retrieve and store data on SQL database. The current manual score card system involves entering penalties and scores for each of 8 movements. These are then added up and each competitor is ranked based on their final score. Scores start at 70 and then go up or down based on positive or negative scores. Scores need to be able to be edited. After the final score is entered the user will save these scores to a SQL database on our web server (database structure and sample data will be provided) I have attached a pdf which shows the current manual scorecard as well as a mock up of the main tablet data entry screen. As well as the data entry screen, there will need to be another screen which shows scores already entered per competitor, and will need the ability to select a previous competitor and edit their scores. There will also need to be a user login screen All images where required will be provided as we have a graphic designer in house. We also have our own internal development team who will assist with our current programming methodology and style. The system is to be written in ASP.NET using C#. It should be created as a website, rather than a web application, and set to compile on demand. We require full source code / libraries to be provided prior to releasing the final milestone payment. This project needs to be completed by the 4th of March.
