I need a new website. I need you to design PROJECT DELIVERABLES GOALS: WEBSITE DEVELOPED AND MOBILE APP DEVELOPED; SIMPLICITY AND EASY CUSTOMER PROCESS FOR ORGANIZING 1 – Landing page, for customers to create “free” account. Giving them access to a personal portal dashboard once they’ve signed up 2 - Customer portal/dashboard to organize video projects, including capabilities to upload video clips from different sources including computer files, phone files, and even social media links such as YouTube, Vimeo, Instagram, and Facebook; and fill out project details in a form. - Customer portal/dashboard must be savable, for example load and organize two video clips today, and come back in and load several more tomorrow. - Dashboard must provide customer with organization capabilities, the files should be able to be prioritized in a list through an intuitive drag and drop process and allow for customers to pinpoint the “start point desired” for the clip and also enter corresponding comments related directly to that particular clip. - Variables will change on different priced video packages. For example, package one will allow 10 clip uploads; package two will allow for 20 clip uploads. Will be a few different variables like this. - 3 – Back office portal/dashboard for video producers, where they can download in an organized fashion the uploaded clips that were uploaded by customer, will also include a downloadable matrix form gives all data per video, in-points for specific clips, details inputted by customer, etc. - Goal is for producer to download the videos, create a professionally produced video from those clips and then load the “draft” back into the customer’s portal for approval and payment to get to final version. 4 – Mobile app that mirrors web presence and has same capabilities for video upload and organization. 5 – Cloud service to host video storage 6 – How does site get hosted and how are updates maintained and priced out? 7 – Willingness to sign Non-disclosure Agreement (NDA) 8- Clearly proposed timeline and process details 9 – SEO Optimization Sample Sites for Inspiration [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Timeline: not firm yet
