Build a Dynamic and Responsive Website with iPhone and Android App

I need to create a responsive website, All the design & IMAGES have to be provided by the website designer. The website is about TREES, so there must be different types of tress (say about 35 in it) & the TREE should GROW when the HEIGHT or any value is entered, the growth should be maximum to the scale of the device which is viewing the tree. The user must be able to ADD or REMOVE branches from the tree and they must be able to NAME the BRANCHES as well! The 35 trees should be different and resemble the actual tree (I will provide the full list of 35 trees to the winner) The tree should grow proportionately based on height entered like from 1cm to 100cm (example), like wise the branches should also expand or contract based on value entered. These should happen without any programming skills by the users. The tree height values entered should be entered like in Excel sheet and this should be shown in Table Format and as Graph (Line, Pie and Histogram) This Job post is for entire fully functional website NOT only design. Site is to be created with integration to google ad's. Probaly each millimeter on the screen should represent and value (from 1 to say 10, million) both vertically (both sides)and horizontally , and based on vaues entered the tree should grow or shrink and same applies for the branches. Social media like Twitter, Facebook links should be included in the site Also Users must be able to register for monthly newsletter! Paypal and other modes of payment integration must form a part of the site design As this project / site will have lot of upgrades and ongoing modifications (all of which will be run via Freelancer), please also mention your hourly rates for future modifications and customisation. The Users must be able to log in and create a user id and password and the screen colours must also be changable / they should be able to choose / customise screen colours. THIS IS A FULL FLEDGED WEBSITE DESIGN job with all the features mentioned in the brief (NOT JUST A DESIGN Job), the winner will have to CUSTOMISE teh site 100% and implement all the fetures mentioned in this brief. One user must be able to see (if permitted by this user), other user's profile and actions done, trees planted etc. Also discussion board should be a part of the site. Please also quote for App development (2nd phase of the Project) The webmaster should also be able to post updates , blogs, articles etc on the site, without knowledge of any programming skills. The site should be ready in 2 weeks and developed using the latest technology and must download FAST. The users must also be able to choose and plat different trees (like in a garden), in this case the trees grow as whole, instead of single branches. The chosen winner will have to sign an NDA.
