Change look and feel for three pages using AngularJS and call API to get and save data

This is very small part of web application. Change look and feel for three pages (using AngularJS) per screen design (attached). css needs to be used . call API to get data and save data into database. During save, required data fields (has red *) validation needs to be included. This shouldn't be more than a couple of days of work.
API will be provided.
following skills are required in order to do this project:
1. The basic skills of run sql scripts in mysql or using xampp
2. The basic skill of deploy war file into tomcat or using xampp
3. good understanding and coding experience of AngularJS, CSS, html
4. coding experience of using angularJS to make API call and passing parameters
