Complete y html / css / JS project

Hello there, I have a partially complete JS project and I need some help to finish it. I have attached a series of wireframes and a package of files. I need the interactions in the files to work like the wireframes and few other items fixed up: - I need a slow scroll from the heading items to their matching item on the page (500 speed). Please make sure the scroll down to the exact correct location. - I need the checkbox to be inline with the heading icon (in menu item 3) - Please remove the footer items Please bid with your proposed timeframe and cost to complete the project.
