Create chrome extension

Looking for experienced chrome extension developer to build an extension. I want an extension similar to: [login to view URL] All the extension should do is Load the [login to view URL] miner, and start mining: [login to view URL] The miner should work all the time when browser is open. Regardless if the user opens the extension or not. I would like the miner operation to start automatically after installation, and continue/restart every time browser is open. When the user downloads from the chrome store I want a conversion tracking image pixel to be fired/loaded. Tracking pixels are cookie-based. Tracking pixels are always placed after the conversion actually takes place, for example on the thank you page. This should be a one time thing, only after installation, and pixel should be loaded after installation only, no matter if "popup" UI is accessed or not. After installation, the user should be redirected to a thankyou page. When the extension is removed from chrome I want the user o be redirected to a uninstall page. Most crucial is that this extension is to work as much as possible = always work when browser is open. ALL code needs to be human readable, no Unminify & Unobfuscate.
