Custom context Menu in a HTML5 textarea

I need a simple example of creating a custom context menu in a textArea and only one textarea not every textarea on the page. I need the end user to select a small portion of text and right click the mouse and have a context menu show two items, Send to file and Process Text. They would both fire a javascript function and an alert would read the selected text with the menu item name. So if the text was "This is a small story" and the person selects "small story" then right clicks a context menu would show with "item one and item two" The javscript script function would read "small story- Send to file" or "small story- Process text. This is only for code so I can change the text and functions. Please do not give me a PHP example just a simple HTML page. Javascript or jQuery is fine
