Customizing a restaurant menu

Please only bid if you have very good experience in what we are looking for. We are looking for an expert in OpenCart to install a template, the SSL Certificate, a download button and customize menu formant, with the following features: The menu of drinks must be in a radio-style (do not make it checkbox style) because the user must be able to select only one drink, We want the menu to show in a pop-out, attached you will find an image as an example in. In the main menu there need to be a pop-out ORDEN NOW! The menu must have the characteristic that once the user clicks on the menu it can be added to the car button. We want the administrator of the website to be able to add new items to the menu, the name, a short description, and the price of it. Also a special button for the users to be able to download the menu as a hard copy. OpenCart has the option to add a wishing list by default, on this website we don’t want this to be shown. (Please remove it.) Once that open card is installed we want to remove all the modules from the page we just want to keep the header, footer, and slider.
