Developer small chrome extension - Javascript

We need a very simple plugin for copying selected image on the current web page through a WebAPI. Functionality: 1. The User clicks on plugin icon and sees a small popup with a button named "Capture Image" 2. The User clicks on "Capture Image". Now wherever user points the mouse on the web page, highlight that area like Chrome Developer Tools' inspect element does it. The user can point over any image on the web page and click. 3. The User will see the image on which she clicked in a pop-up along with a drop-down which contains all her collections (get it from an API). The user selects collection from drop-down and clicks on "Save". (We will provide API to pass the URL of the image that was captured and the collection selected by User ) This is a pretty simple plugin to capture image from the web page. Couples of hours job for a developer who knows javascript and chrome extension development.
