The website design is complete, we would just like some help to implement the code as it is beyond our knowledge. The structure is basic - rows of thumbnail images scrolling individually on x-axis. A row can be expanded (similar to google image search results).

At first sight it is simple, but there is a fading screenshot effect that will need someone who is confident in javascript. The effect works as follows:

1. While scrolling vertically, if a user is stationary for 3 seconds or longer, a faint copy or ‘screenshot’ of everything in frame is created and fixed on top as a translucent layer.

2. When they start scrolling, this faint layer starts to fade away until it disappears (the duration for this fade is ~15 seconds)

3. If the user remains still for another 3 seconds (step 1), a new ‘screenshot’ is created and layered on top. The previous copy might still be faintly visible, so there may be multiple copies layered on top at the same time.

We will need this built on a cms, so that the client can upload new projects (rows), and edit text.

Note: We can share a design document and a test site that shows the beginnings of the effect we're after - this test site uses 'html2canvas' beta library.
