In single screw air compressors, there is Cushion is used between Motor shaft and screw unit shaft. Cushion is made of POLYETHYLENE TEREPHTHALATE. Due to high temperature and high RPM rotation about 3000 rpm, cushion get breaks in 4000 Hours. It causes increase in maintenance cost and also stops the important process of relative plant which is depends upon single screw air compressors. So we are trying to improve the material of cushion by using various properties like temperature, strength, chemical contents etc.
