Online Directory for Ecommerce Website

I am looking to have a online directory build that would call onto the Google Directory and Yelp API that would aggregate data of service providers by area code. I have a plumbing website and would like to have a customer select their location in a search bar and choose one of 3 preselected types of services (tied to search criteria). The output would be the business name, star review from Google and Yelp (one under the other), link to the review page on yelp or google, contact information for the business. This would be initially hosted on a free environment and as project is scaled it will go to professional hosting. Please mentioned if you have worked with either Yelp of Google API in your proposal to be considered. I will not sell or charge customer for this service and little security is needed.
