Real Estate Web Application Project Description

The platform will allow real estate brokers to manage all aspects of rental and sales listings, eand maintain a history of the property over multiple listing cycles. Additionally, it will allow brokers to manage leads and clients, market properties through listing syndication to property portals via xml data feed as well as automated postings to various real estate classifieds sites. It should be coded in a way that allows for easy integration of future feature
The project should be developed as a SaaS product; once the product has been tested internally we may decide to roll it out as a SaaS product for a wider audience.

The complete source code should be provided with the project, commented and documented.
Development would preferably be in Python for ease of future development.
We would appreciate it if you could include front end (user facing) design in the quote for the project. If that's not possible we can look for someone to design the interface independently.
Payment Terms : There is no upfront fee. We will divide the project into milestones. Milestones will be funded after successful completion of the milestone stages but all payment will be released only after complete and successful completion of the entire project. NO milestone will be released before the complete completion of the whole project. Developer can opt for their own server or we will provide the test server.
