Here are the basic guidelines:
- Fires every time an appointment or meeting request is accepted or created (but not for "event" objects). We can call this object the "Target Appt"
- Opens a task pane
- Task pane will have 4 buttons, each button has identical functionality
- Gather some data from the "Target Appt"
- Create two new calendar appointments on the user's calendar
