Simple table web app

A team in our company currently uses a spreadsheet to maintain a few hundred rows of text and numbers. They currently can read this data into a visualisation tool to provide viewers with a market or client view, however, as a rotating team of 5-6 users manually maintain the records in the application, it regularly suffers from data quality and consistency and the end user experience for partners looking for information is nearly non-existent. The design pattern would require - Basic CRUD (create, read, update, delete) of entire rows of data in a single table of information related to a potential client - Ability to have simple field level controls (required, values from a list, date, person, etc...) - Basic logging of end user CRUD events - Basic role and rights management, including login/auth and reader/editor/admin roles - A single form/subform relationship for relating one table of clients to a table of debt - A database or json structure which can be accessed from Tableau for data analysis - A simple home page with a record search, links to a visualisation tool, and intro/help information - CSS placeholders for re-branding to company font/colours - c#.net / javascript / react.js / MSSQL preferred where needed - Ideally able to be dropped onto Azure infrastructure running PaaS services or as a local web app
