upgrade my website -- 2

I need a responsive website. I already have a design for it, I just need it to be built. 1.) Create Main Merchant and sub-Merchant 2.) Sub merchant can select his Main Merchant in their respective profiles 3.) After a user has completed a new order with a sub-merchant, a pop up window will show on the user page asking the user to order foods/drinks from the main merchant. The words can be customized by the Main merchant. If the users decide to order from the main merchant, certain discount (to be defined by main merchant) will be given to the user. Please refer to image excel given. Once the user click on the “Yes, Order with KK Foods & Drinks”, it will reach the [login to view URL] of main merchant, Please also preset the section and table number for the [login to view URL] 4.) Show all sub merchants of main merchant in the [login to view URL] page as a additional button “ Our Stalls”, The display of sub-merchants are listed based on working stalls, number of customers added as favourite 5.) Allow all merchants to set working days and working hours, during non working hours, the names of sub-merchants will be blur, and users are not allowed to select it to place order. During non working times, a pop out window will show in [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] page, stating “ Sorry, we are closed at this time, please visit us at : (showing working hours and days of the merchants) 6.) During All non working hours, users are not allowed to place orders with the merchants. 7.) Now, New orders will be subject to discount 8.) Create new functions for merchant for discount to users in merchant profile. Please ensure all print out has added discount column and SST column , GST column and service tax , if any. if there is no such related items, they will be totally not shown to save more paper.
