the best way to send data from ESP8266 is to use Ajax, data will be updated in Async mode so page will not refresh I will design the HMTL UI for the page, with textbox to fill in your details/parameters details will be sent back to the ESP with xHTTPRequest I will use EEPROM to save parameters like SSID and Password so ESP will remember them each time It reboots I can complete your task in just few hours or less, just send me a message so we can get started Regard
